WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via e-mail within 24 hours of the order being shipped.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We charge a flat fee of $10 for express shipping and provide a unique tracking code for your package which can be tracked online. Express shipping lead time is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

If the order has been posted to the correct address and has not been collected from the post office within their required timeframe, the order will be sent back to the warehouse and the customer will incur the price of re-shipping accordingly.
Charlie Societé does not provide refunds for change on mind on purchases.
